Styrene-acrylic Emulsion Production Process

1. Raw material preparation
Powdered additives are fed into the pre-emulsification reactor without dust using a vacuum feeder.
2. Pre-emulsification
High-speed shearing is performed in the pre-emulsification reactor to ensure the monomer droplets are miniaturized.
3. Polymerization reaction
The pre-emulsion is slowly added dropside to the reactor, and emulsion polymerization takes place under specific temperature and initiator conditions.
4. Post-treatment
After the reaction, the mixture is cooled, the pH is adjusted, and preservatives are added.
5. Discharge filtration
The mixture is filtered through a filter of 200 mesh or finer and then discharged into a storage tank or filling line.
