Technical formula support

We can also adjust the formula according to the samples you send us. All formulas purchased from JCT can be permanently upgraded and adjusted for free to help customers produce hot melt glue products that meet mordern environmental protection requirements and are competitive in the market.

Factory layout design

Based on the customer's factory area and floor height, JCT help customers plan equipment placement, raw material area, operating table, ventilation system, power supply configuration, etc. to ensure efficiency and safety.

If necessary, a platform can be built to maximize space utilization. The steel frame platform can be produced by JCT. If you are worried about the high freight costs, JCT can provide the platform parameter drawings free of charge for customers to produce locally.

Installation, commissioning and training

When the equipment leaves the factory, JCT will provide installation instructions, and you can guide the installation through online videos. We can also send experienced engineers to the site to guide the installation, commissioning and operation, and teach customers skills such as process operation and equipment maintenance.
