Production Process
(1) Put any weight of release agent in the container, then add 0.2-0.8% of catalyst, 0.2-0.5% of adhesive and 0.5-2% of cross-linking agent, and stir evenly;
(2) When high-purity silicon seed crystals are added from the upper part of the fluidized bed reactor, they are piled up to form a bed of seed crystal particles. The bed layer reaches a fluidized state, and the silane gas decomposes to form elemental silicon, which is deposited on the surface of the silicon seed crystal to form granular silicon;
(3) Then add diluent that is 5 to 10 times the weight of the release agent, stir evenly, and complete the preparation.
