1. Three-axis structure, taking into account multiple mixing needs
"山"-shaped stirring blade: Promotes the overall turning of high-viscosity materials to avoid dead corners.
High speed dispersing disc + butterfly blade: Quickly disperse and break up flame-retardant powders (such as aluminum hydroxide, melamine, etc.) to ensure uniform distribution of fillers.
Wall and bottom scrapers: Close to the inner wall and bottom of the cylinder to prevent materials from sticking to the wall and improve mixing efficiency.
2. Highly efficient dispersion and homogenization capability
Fire resistant filler particles are hard and easy to agglomerate. High speed dispersing disc and butterfly blade can effectively break up the agglomerates, allowing the filler and the matrix resin to be fully wetted, thereby improving the mechanical strength and fire resistance of the colloid.
3. Vacuum degassing
Triple shaft mixer can be equipped with a vacuum system to extract air and tiny bubbles during mixing, ensuring the density and fire resistance of the finished fire resistant sealant.
4. Precise temperature control
With a jacket cooling/heating system, the reaction temperature can be controlled to prevent premature reaction of heat-sensitive additives and ensure colloid stability.
