1. High viscosity and strong mixing ability

The viscosity of nail free glue is as high as hundreds of thousands to millions of cP. JCT's nail free glue production line uses reactor with high torquem low speed and high shear characteristics, which can achieve uniform mixing of fillers, plasticizers, resins and other components without dead corners or agglomeration.

2. Stable vacuum degassing technology

The entire mixing process can be carried out under vacuum, effectively removing air and volatiles, improving the density and construction performance of the nail free glue, and avoiding quality problems such as bubbles and bulging in the finished product.

3. Adapt to the production of various types of glue

Not only can it be used to produce water-based nail free glue, solvent-bases nail free glue and MS nail free glue, but it can also flexibly adjust the formula and process to meet the different market needs of customers.

4. Precise temperature control system

Reactor and mixing system are equipped with precise heat transfer oil or electric heating jackets to ensure that the materials run in the optimal temperature range and prevent colloid aging or performance degradation.
