1. Requirements communication and process confirmation

JCT communicated in detail with the client regarding their formula (rubber powder ratio, antifreeze concentration, etc.) and production capacity requirements, and designed a suitable process route.

2. Equipment manufacturing and testing

All equipment was manufactured at the JCT factory and underwent factory testing to ensure stable operation of the mixing, heating and control systems.

3. On-site installation and commissioning

JCT engineers traveled to Tanzania to assist with on-site installation and commissioning. Our business manager also accompanied them to provide translation services.

4. Trial production and quality verification

After equipment commissioning, trial production was conducted under the guidance of the formula engineer. The first batch of products was tested by the client for sealing performance, temperature resistance, and stability, and received positive feedback.
