1. Reactor / Sigma mixer
Heats, melts and mixes the raw materials to ensure a uniform formulation.
2. Filtration system
Removes impurities to ensure the purity of the hot melt glue stick.
3. Extruder
Extrudes the molten rubber into a glue stick with a fixed diameter.
4. Cooling tank
Cools and sets the glue stick (the length must be sufficient to prevent deformation and sticking).
5. Pulling device
Control stick speed and diameter consistency.
6. Cutter
Cuts the shaped stick into desired lengths (such as 10cm, 20cm).

1. Incomplete shaping of the glue stick
When the glue stick exits the cooling tank, its internal temperature remains high. Although the surface has hardened, the middle is still semi-molten. This can cause the stick to deform and bend during pulling, cutting or packaging, affecting its appearance and dimensional stability.
2. Glue stick is prone to sticking
Insufficient cooling can cause the surface temperature of the glue stick to rise, leading to adhesion when stacked or packaged. This can lead to stringing or demage during unpacking, making it particularly problematic for products destined for export or long-distance transportation.
3. Burrs or deformation during cutting
When the cutter contacts a glue stick that has not yet fully hardened, deformation and uneven burrs can easily occur, reducing the aesthetics and consistency of the finished product.
4. Impact on production speed
To compensate for the lack of cooling, oprtsyors may have to reduce hauling speeds, extending cooling time and thus reducing production.
5. Unstable finished product quality
Insufficient cooling can cause the sticks to continue shhrinking during storage, potentially leading to sloght warping or breakage.
