1. Suitable for powerful mixing of high-viscosity materials

Sealing agent often contains large amounts of fillers (such as titanium dioxide and colored sand), resulting in system viscosities reaching hundreds of thousands to millions of cP. Conventional mixing equipment struggles to evenly mix these materials. However, double planetary mixer supports a variety of impeller types (folding blades, twisted blade and claw blade). Double planetary blades rotate both on their own and in orbit, providing strong shear force to accommodate varying viscosity formulations.

2. Vacuum mixing and degassing function

Sealing agent is very sensitive to bubbles during application, which can affect both appearance and strength. Double planetary mixer can be equipped with a vacuum system that continuously removes air while mixing, ensuring a dense, bubble-free product and enhancing the final curing effect.

3. Configurable heating and cooling jacket

Some epoxy or MS-modified sealing agent formulations are temperature-sensitive. Double planetary mixer's mixing cylinder can be equipped with a jacketed temperature control system (using thermal oil or water) to control reaction temperature, accelerate mixing efficiency, or help dissipate heat from exothermic reactions.
