1) The raw materials are prepared according to the formula in the raw material barrel, and the raw materials are pumped into the glue making reaction kettle for reaction. After a period of mixing, the material reacts to heat up, so as to achieve the effect of complete mixing. Water heating and temperature control are passed through the jacket of the reactor.
2) During the heating process, the condenser is started, and the volatile substances are cooled by the condenser, and part of the volatile substances are cooled and returned to the reaction kettle to participate in the production again, and the rest of the waste is filtered and discharged.
3) After the material is stirred in the glue reaction kettle, it is passed to a high-speed regulating kettle with a jacket, and solvent, additives, etc. are added to adjust the solid content; Water cooling and temperature control. When the flow pressure is strong, it can return through the regulating valve.
4) When the production is completed, the material will be filtered through a quick-opening bag filter after discharging.
5) The product is packed in the filling system. Pack the finished product into the warehouse.
