Glue Making Machine Production process:
1). Various raw materials are prepared according to the technological formula.
2) Add solvents such as methyl ethyl ketone and xylene to the reaction kettle and stir evenly.
3) Add chloroprene rubber and continue heating at high speed;
4) After the rubber is dissolved, add other raw materials and heat to react.
5) When the viscosity is detected to meet the requirements, add other raw materials. 6) Cool the cooling water to the specified temperature.
7) Pump the finished product into the high-speed dispersion kettle.
8) Add resin and other raw materials to adjust viscosity and solid content.
9) After sampling and testing, cool down and pack the materials.
