1. Raw Material Reparation

3. Catalyst Addition
During the reaction, a catalyst (such as an alkali metal catalyst or an organic amine) is added to accelerate the formation reaction of the polyol.
4. Neutralization and Cleaning
After the reaction, an acid is added to neutralize the catalyst residue and filtered to remove impurities. This process ensures the purity and stability of the final product.
5. Distillation and Degassing
By distillation equipment or degassing equipment, by-products such as water and unreacted raw materials generated in the reaction are separated and removed to ensure the quality of the polyol product.
6. Cooling and Storage
The cooled polyol product is transported to the storage tank, which is usually stored in a corrosion-resistant tank to prevent the product from deteriorating or being contaminated.
7. Finished Product Packaging
The polyol product is packaged in liquid or solid state according to customer requirements through an automated filling machine or packaging equipment.
