Liquid Soap Sigma Mixer Description

Sigma kneader is a heavy-duty, high-efficiency mixing device specifically designed for the uniform mixing and vigorous kneading of high-viscosity materials. This equipment plays a crucial role in various processes such as mixing, kneading, and grinding, and is one of the essential pieces of equipment for processing high-viscosity materials.

Sigma mixer is widely used in the production and processing of various products, such as adhesives, pharmaceuticals, polyester compounds, food, soaps, detergents, chemicals, dyes, pigments, fiberglass, and confectionery.

The main body of sigma kneader consists of a welded double U-shaped mixing tank, equipped with two Z-shaped Sigma agitators that rotate in opposite directions, generating strong shearing and kneading forces. To achieve optimal mixing and kneading results, the gap between the agitators and the tank walls is kept as small as possible.

Depending on the user's different needs, the mixing tank and mixing paddle can be made of low carbon steel, 304 stainless steel or 316 stainless steel to meet the requirements of different materials and process conditions.

Sigma Mixer Working Principle

The working principle of sigma mixer is that two ∑-shaped agitators installed in a double U-shaped mixing cylinder rotate in opposite directions, subjecting high-viscosity materials to multiple actions such as shearing, squeezing, tumbling, and friction, thereby achieving uniform mixing, kneading, and dispersion. Because the gap between the agitators and the tank walls is small, the material can be fully processed during circulation. Therefore, kneaders are particularly suitable for the production and processing of high-viscosity materials such as hot melt adhesives, silicone rubber, sealants, and inks.
