1. Material Requirement
SS304/316 (corrosion-resistant, acid-resistant, alkali-resistant and high-temperature resistant) is commonly used. The inner surface is polished to Ra ≤ 0.4μm to reduce microbial residue.
2. Sealing and Cleanliness
Sanitary seals (PTFE or silicone). The design avoids dead corners and facilitates CIP/SIP (cleaning-in-place/sterilization-in-place).
3. Temperature and Pressure Control
Precise temperature control (±1℃ or better). Pressure control allows for vacuum or pressurized reactions (typically 0.1-0.3MPa).
4. Mixing System
Sanitary impellers (anchor, frame, paddle, magnetic, etc.). Variable frequency speed control to precent excessive shear forces that may affect drug activity.
5. Automation and Validation
Equipped with a PLC and touch screen, including a batch record system.
