Automation Equipment Configuration
  • Raw Material Handling and Conveying Automated System
    Automated Feeding System: Use automated feeders and conveyor belts to transport raw materials (such as polymer particles, resins, etc.) from the storage area to the reactor or sigma mixer.

  • Reactor and Sigma Mixer

    Automatic Stirring System: Use a variable frequency speed regulating stirring device to automatically adjust the stirring speed and mode according to process requirements.
  • Heating and Melting Automated System
    Automated Heating Equipment: Use automated heating equipment, such as electric heaters and steam heating systems, to control the heating speed and temperature.
    Melting Device: Equipped with automated melting equipment to heat and melt solid raw materials and keep them in liquid state.
  • Extrusion and Molding Automated System
    Automatic Extruder: Use automatic extrusion equipment to extrude the molten hot melt glue into the required shape and size.
    Mold and Cooling Device: Automated mold changing system and cooling device ensure that the hot melt glue is quickly cooled and shaped after molding.

Contorl System and Monitoring
PLC (Programmable Logic Controller): Use PLC system to realize centralized control of the entire production line, including raw material addition, temperature adjustment, stirring speed and extrusion speed.
HMI (Human Machine Interface): Equipped with touch screen or computer interface, operators can monitor and adjust production parameters in real time through HMI.
Temperature Sensor: Monitors the temperature of each key point, such as reactor, heater, extruder, etc.
Pressure Sensor: Monitors the pressure inside the system to ensure safe operation.
Level Sensor: Monitors the liquid level of raw materials and finished products to prevent overflow or empty materials.
