1. Read the Instructions

2. Check the Lubrication Points
Confirm all parts that need to be lubricated, such as bearings, gears, seals, etc. Usually, the double planetary mixer will have markings for the lubrication points.
3. Choose the Right Lubricant
Select the lubricant or grease that is suitable for the double planetary mixer according to the manufacturer's recommendations. Usually, high-quality industrial lubricants or greases are recommended.
4. Fill the Lubricant
Use appropriate tools (such as a grease gun or lubricator) to fill the designated lubrication points with lubricant. Make sure to fill the appropriate amount to avoid over- or under-filling.
5. Check the Seals
Confirm that there are no leaks at all seals and joints. After lubrication, make sure that the various parts of the double planetary mixer are tightly connected to prevent lubricant leakage.
6. Test Run
After the initial filling of the lubricant, perform a short test run to observe the operatiion of the double planetary mixer and confirm that there are no abnormal noises or vibrations.
