JCT is processing multiple sets of stainless steel reactors for the production of polyols, hot melt glue and oter products. Our reactors have:
• Precision seal head automatic welding process, internal mirror polishing, clean and residue-free.
• A variety of blade structures are available (anchor type, propulsion type, frame type, etc.) to match different material viscosities.
• Flexible heating methods (jacket heating, pipe coil heating).
• Can be used with vacuum, condensation, and temperature control systems to achieve complex process reactions.
Triple Shaft Mixer
In response to customer needs for high viscosity adhesive, silicone sealant, etc., JCT triple shaft mixer is being assembled in full swing.
• Multi-axis combined structure, "山"-shaped blade + dispersing discs + butterfly blades work together, and also equipped with scraper to scrape the edges and bottom.
• Vacuum system matching, completely remove bubbles.
• High torque main motor drive, easy to deal with high viscosity system.
• High processing precision, wear-resistant and pressure-resistant sealing system, ensuring long-term stable operation.

Double Planetary Mixer
JCT is customizing and producing double planetary mixers for many customers. They can be used for high viscosity and high-filling systems. The advantages include:
• Dual stirring paddles rotate and revolve to mix materials without dead corners.
• High-speed dispersion shaft is synchronously configured, combining stirring and shearing.
• The vacuum degassing function is strong, effectively avoiding bubble residue.
• Scraping edge and bottom design is suitable for precision material processing.
