Under the comprehensive guidance of a senior chemical process engineer from JCT, the client utilized laboratory glass reactor equipment to conduct multiple rounds of styrene-acrylic emulsion synthesis trials, strictly adhering to the actual formulation. The engineer provided on-site demonstrations and in-depth explanations regarding key process parameters, such as reaction temperature control, monomer feed rates, emulsification and dispersion, and the regulation of exothermic reactions.
