Why Does Sigma Mixer Shaft Wear?
Sigma mixer is an ideal equipment for kneading, mixing, vulcanizing and polymerizing high-viscosity, elastic-plastic materials. It is mainly composed of 5 parts: kneading part, base part, hydraulic system, transmission system and electronic control system.
Due to the dimensional tolerance of components, assembly process and long-term operation in a heavy-load environment, sigma mixer shaft wear phenomenon occurs from time to time. Once the shaft wear occurs, it weill inevitably cause sigma mixer blades to run unsteadily, produce vibration or unexpected shutdown.
1. Use oxygen acetylene to bake the oil on the surface of sigma mixer shaft clean until there is no spark and the surface is dry.
2. Pre-turn and roughen the worn parts of the shaft.
3. Clean the shaft surface with anhydrous ethanol and dry it.
4. Mix the Sore carbon nanopolymer material in proportion until it is uniform and has no color difference, then apply the mixed material to the shaft surface, and the thickness of the application is slightly greater than the wear on one side.
5. The material is solidified and machined to the required size to complete the repair.
