1. Raw Material Preparation
Select appropriate raw materials such as resin emulsion, pigment, and additives. Determine the ratio and use method of raw materials according to the type and requirements of the paint.
2. Dispersion and Grinding
Pigments and fillers are processed by grinding and dispersion to ensure that they can be evenly dispersed in the aqueous solution. Commonly used equipment includes sand mills, high shear dispersers, etc. The addition of dispersants ensures that the pigments will not precipitate in the paint.
3. Stirring and Mixing
Stir the resin, emulsion, pigment and additives according to the proportion, and use double planetary mixer, high speed disperser and other equipment to mix the materials to make them fully uniform.
4. Adjust Viscosity
Adjust the viscosity of the water-based paint according to the required construction performance, usually by adding thickeners or diluents to control the fluidity of the paint.
5. Preparation and Packaging
After the final paint achieves the desired effect, it is prepared into a specified batch, filtered and packaged, and ready for shipment.
