Sigma Blade Mixer Working Principle
Sigma blade mixer is a special mixing equipment. The most commonly used one is to use two ∑ blades arranged side by side in a tangent differential type, that is, one mixing blade is fast and the other is slow, so as to facilitatte shearing. Shear force and different pulp speed enable the mixed materials to be sheared quickly, so that the materials can be mixed evenly. The transmission part of the sigma blade mixer is synchronously rotated by the motor. After passing through the elastic coupling to the reduucer, The output device drives the fast pulp to reach the specified rotation speed. The speed can also be adjusted by the frequency converter.
