Multifunctional Mixer Work Principle

The multifunctional mixer has very high mixing efficiency and has many functions such as mixing, dispersing, shearing, mixing, etc. With scraping edge and scraping bottom device, the scraper rotates around the axis of the mixing cylinder to scrape off the materials stuck on the cylinder wall and bottom and continue to participate in mixing. There is no dead corner in mixing.

Multifunctional Mixer Parameters

The sealing performance of the mixer is good. It can be pressurized or vacuumed, with good exhaust and defoaming effect.

The mixing cylinder is equipped with a jacket for heating and cooling.

The mixer is hydraulically lifted and the mixing cylinder can move freely. The agitator and scraper can be lifted and lowered hydraulically, which is convenient for cleaning.

Agitator type: multi-layer paddle type, frame type, fried dough twist type(arc), dispersion plate, butterfly paddle, etc.

Manufacturing materials: usually SS316L, SS321, SS304 stainless steel or Q235 carbon steel, or special materials.
