1. Centrifugal Force

High speed rotating stirrer produces centrifugal force in the liquid. This force pushes the liquid outward, creating a circulation. Centrifugal force causes the liquid to flow outward from the center of the mixer and then back along the walls of the container, forming a cycle.

2. Severe Stirring and Cutting Forces

The movement of the agitator causes severe stirring and cutting effects. The shape and high-speed rotation of the blender blades or discs cause liquid or powder materials to be forcibly dispersed, cut and mixed.

3. Turbulent Flow

Liquids from turbulent floed in containers due to centrifugal force and vigorous stirring forve. Turbulence is a chaotic and irregular flow state that causes the parts in a liquid to mix and stir.

4. Even Distribution

The turbulence effect helps mix different parts of the material togethe evenly. This is critical for applications such as chemical reactions, pigments dispersions and emulsification processes.

5. Cooling Effect

Since high speed stirring may cause some friction, turbelence effects may also cause the temperature of the liquid to increas. In some cases, this effect can used to increase the temperature of a liquid.
