Grease Reactor
1. Anchor-type Stirred Reactor
Low-speed high-torque stirring to promote the initial mixing of metal soaps (such as lithium-based and calcium-based) and base oil.
2. Screw-belt Stirred Reactor
Strengthen axial flow to prevent deposition of high-viscosity materials.
3. Scraper-type Stirred Reactor
Prevent coking on the inner wall of the reactor (especially for the production of composite calcium sulfonate grease).
