1. Material Suction
After the equipment is started, the dispersing disc starts to rotate at high speed, driving the surrounding liquid to form a strong vortex.
The vortex effect causes the powder or solid particles to be quickly sucked into the high shear zone around the dispersing disc.
2. Strong Shear and Dispersion
After the material enters the high shear zone of the dispersing disc, it is subjected to severe shearing, tearing and impact, and is quickly crushed into fine particles.
During the high speed rotation process, collisions will also occur between particles, thereby accelerating the dispersing process.
3. Convection Circulation Mixing
The dispersed fine particles roll upward with the liquid flow, then fall back to the bottom along the cylinder wall, and enter the high shear zone of the dispersing disc again, forming a continuous circulation dispersion.
4. Stabilization and Refinement
After multiple shearing, collision and circulation, the particles are gradually refine, and finally reach the required uniformity and stability.
