What Is Metering Cylinder?
1. Suction: When metering cylinder is in the suction state, the piston in the cylinder moves backward, generating negative pressure, sucking the material from the hopper or storage tank into the metering cylinder.
2. Quantitative: The piston movement distance of the metering cylinder and the volume of the cylinder body jointly determine the amount of material sucked each time. By adjusting the stroke of the piston, the amount of material suched each time can be accurately controlled, thereby achieving quantitative control.
3. Filling: During the filling stage, the piston moves forward to press the material in the metering cylinder out and enter the packaging container through the filling head.
