Usually a batch of materials is discharged in 5 minutes.

6. Small Amount of Residue

The gap between the outer ribbon and the U-shaped barrel wall of horizontal ribbon blender is very small. The ribbon keeps rotating during discharge, causing the material to move toward the discharge valve, and the residual amount is very small.

The stirring process is gentle and basically does not destroy the original state of the material.

8. No Pollution to Materials

The structure of horizontal ribbon blender is an integral one, and the lubrication parts are all outside the barrel. No oil dripping and grinding debris penetrate into the material. It can be vacuum loaded and sealed to isolate the dust in the air from entering the material. At the same time, it can avoid dust flying during loading, mixing and discharging.

Various forms of drive devices and discharging positions of horizontal ribbon blender can be selected arbitrarily, without being restricted by the height of the factory.
