Two sets of kneading blades rotate planetarily at a differential speed in the kettle body. The contact surface between the blades and the material is relatively large, and they can scrape across the entire inner wall of the kettle body. The material is repeatedly stirred and kneaded without dead corners.

After the material is kneaded, the frame is separated from the kettle body through the lifting system, and the kettle body can be transferred to the discharging system. The operation is simple, the discharging is convenient, and it can be used with multiple kettle bodies.

The only parts of vertical kneader that contact the material are the inner wall of the kettle body and the kneading blade. This part has been finely processed and polished to a smooth mirror surface. It will not contaminate the material during kneading and is easy to clean.

The seals and bearings of vertical kneader do not contact the material, so there will be no oil leakage, vacuum leakage, and bearing damage due to material corrosion.

High-viscosity materials often generate a lot of heat when they are kneaded. The kettle body can be equipped with a jacket and connected to the temperature control system to control the temperature of the material stably.
