Triple shaft mixer is an important equipment in silicone sealant production line, mainly used for high-speed dispersion and mixing of liquid or slurry to ensure the uniformity and dispersion effect of materials.

Cleaning and Sanitation
External Cleaning of Equipment: Clean the exterior of triple shaft mixer regularly, especially the motor, transmission device, control panel and other parts. Use a soft cloth to wipe, do not use highly corrosive detergents, and avoid scratching the surface of triple shaft mixer.
• Clean the Dispersing Disc and Knife: After each batch of production, clean the dispersing disc, dispersing knife and stirring shaft and other parts in time. Solvents can be used for cleaning, especially for highly viscous materials, to ensure that there is no residual material. Check the dispersing knife regularly for wear or deformation.
• Clean the Feed Pipe: Clean the feed pipe to ensure that there is no blockage or material residue to avoid material stagnation during the next production.
Maintenance of Electrical System
• Check the Electrical Control Panel: Check the electrical control panel regularly, clean the dust, check whether the wiring is firm, and avoid poor contact.
• Check Sensors and Actuators: Check the working status of various sensors (such as temperature sensors, pressure sensors) and actuators to ensure that they can accurately feedback data and respond in time.
• Check Motors and Cables: Check motors, cables and terminals regularly to prevent electrical failures or short circuits.

Check and Lubricate the System
• Check the Bearings and Gearbox: The stirring shaft, gears and bearings of triple shaft mixer are key components. Check the bearings regularly for abnormal moise, overheating or signs of wear. Lubricate regularly according to the use of the equipment and the requirements of the operating manual.
• Replace the Lubracating Oil Regularly: Check the lubracating oil status of the gearbox and transmission system regularly, and replace the aging lubricating oil in time to avoid poor lubrication and equipment wear.
• Check the Seals: Check the status of the seals to ensure that there os no leakage. The seals may be damaged due to long-term friction, pressure or temperature changes during use and should be replaced regularly.
Maintenance of Pressure System
• Check Pressure Gauges and Sensors: Calibrate pressure gauges and pressure sensors regularly to ensure accuracy and avoid equipment failure caused by errors.
• Check Safety Valves and Pressure Valves: Check and clean safety valves regularly to ensure normal opening and closing to prevent excessive pressure from damaging the equipment.
• Check Gas Pipelines and Connectors: Check whether gas pipelines and their connectors are firm and leak-free, ensure smooth gas flow, and prevent compressed gas leakage.
