Manufacturing Process
1. Raw Material Preparation
Water-based resin: Choose appropriate water-based resin, such as acrylic, polyurethane, acrylic emulsion, etc. Additives: Including dispersants, stabilizers, thickeners, antifreeze, etc. Pigments and Fillers: Select the appropriate pigments and fillers to achieve desired color and performance. Other additives: Such as preservaives, defoamiing agents, etc., are added according to product requirements.
2. Preprocessing and Deployment
Water-based resins and other raw materials are pre-processes and weighed. Add pigments, fillers, etc. gradually to ensure even dispersion.
3. Dispersing and Grinding
The pretreated raw materials are fed into the mixing equipment, and the pigments and fillers are evenly dispersed through high-speed stirring or grinding. The addition of dispersants helps improve the dispersion of pigments.
4. Stabilizers and Additives Added
Stabilizers are added to improve the stability of water-based paints. Add additives such as antifreeze, thickener, etc. as needed.
5. Adjust pH
According to the properties of the water-based resin, adjust the pH value of water-based paint to ensure the stability of the product.
6. Filter
Any remaining particles or impurities are removed through filtration equipment to ensure the quality of water-based paint.
7. Quality Inspection
Conduct quality inspections, includiing appearance, viscosity, color, drying time, etc., to ensure that products comply with standards and regulations.
