Glue Gun
It is the conventional gluing method for hot melt glue sticks. Generally, a 7mm diameter hot melt glue stick is melted with a hot melt glue gun of about 20W, and then the wrench is pressed to apply the glue to the surface that needs to be bonded. The 11mm diameter hot melt glue stick is heated with a large hot melt glue gun of more than 100W.
Roller Gluing
This gluing method is mainly used in the pearl cotton industry. Place granular hot melt glue into the roller hot melt glue machine for heating, then place the pearl cotton on the roller, and spread the melted hot melt glue evenly onto the surface of the EPE pearl cotton through the roller. This gluing method is suitable for flat and equal-height objects. Some uneven and unequal items are not suitable for this gluing method.

Spray Glue
This gluing method is suitable for granular hot melt glue. Mainly used for automated packaging, including carton sealing, handbags, air filters, etc. Place suitable granular hot melt glue into the hot melt glue machine for heating, and then use pressure to evenly touch the melted hot melt glue to the surface of the object to be bonded. Because it is used on automated equipment, this type of hot melt glue must solidify quickly, otherwise it will cause failure to bond.
Apply Glue
This gluing method is aimed at the handicraft industry. Because the products are not very regular and the company is not large enough, using a hot melt glue machine will cause a high cost burden. Therefore, a small hot melt glue furnace or an induction cooker will be used for direct heating. After heating and melting, use a brush or other object to apply the glue to the surface of the bonded object. This method is more efficient and suitable for small workshops or personal use.
