Tire Repair Sealant Production Process
1. Raw material feeding: According to the formula, natural latex, thickener, antifreeze, preservatives, etc., are added to the reactor in proportion.
2. Heating and stirring: The emulsion is stirred at a constant temperature using a jacketed reactor or heated emulsification tank to ensure thorough homogenization.
3. High-speed dispersion and emulsification: High-speed disperser is used to stabilize the emulsion system and prevent sedimentation.
4. Cooling and filtration: After production, the material is cooled and subjected to precision filtration to remove impurities.
5. Automatic filling and packaging: The material is automatically bottled using a quantitative filling machine, ensuring accurate filling and no leakage.
