Project Background

We JCT Machinery recently customized an extruder for American customer. After inspecting multiple suppliers, the customer finally chose JCT as a partner. This project is a single machine delivery. The whole extruder is independently designed and manufactured by JCT, and subsequent installation and technical support are provided.

Extruder Introduction

• Precision screw structure design, uniform material discharge.
• Supports high-viscosity materials and high-temperature processes.
• Equipped with PLC automatic control system, easy to operate.
• Adaptable to a variety of production lines

Extruder is suitable for continuous extrusion molding, such as hot melt glue, plastic particles, rubber products, etc.

Installation and Commissioning Progress

Currently, the extruder has been manufactured and is being strictly assembled and commissioned in our workshop. The commissioning content includes:
• Electrical connection and control system commissioning
• Heating section temperature test
• Discharging system operation test
• Safety interlock function inspection

JCT's engineering team strictly follows the factory inspection standards to ensure that the equipment can run stably after delivery.
