Sigma Mixer Working Principle

Sigma mixer two ∑-type blades rotate in opposite directions at different speeds, generating strong shearing, compression and repeated folding in the double U-shaped groove, thus achieving uniform mixing. Heating/cooling can be achieved through the jacket.

Sigma Mixer Advantages

1. Suitable for high viscosity (up to 1,000,000cps) materials

Butyl hot melt glue (automotive, building sealant)
HMPSA (including solvent-based modification)
High viscosity adhesives such as mouse glue and box sealing glue

Polysulfide sealant
Butyl sealant, two-component sealant
Rebar glue, structural glue, epoxy resin glue
3. Rubber and elastic materials
Plasticine, rubber-based adhesive
Sole glue, shoe adhesive
Silicone, foam rubber and other elastomeric materials
4. Electronic packaging and industrial material
EMA electronic packaging glue (such as thermal conductive glue, insulation potting glue)
Conductive glue, structural glue, special glue
5. Food industry (food-grade materials required)
Syrup mixing, candy paste, chewing gum base
