Reactor Working Principle
1. Feeding: Solid, liquid or gaseous raw materials are added to the reactor in appropriate proportions.
2. Agitation: The agitator continuously stirs to ensure uniform mixing of the materials.
3. Temperature control: Heating or cooling the reaction temperature is maintained within the set range using the jacket/coil.
4. Reaction process: Physical/chemicla changes occur under specific temperature, pressure and agitation conditions.
5. Condensation and reflux: Volatile substances are condensed and recovered to improve raw material utilization.
6. Discharging and cleaning: After the reaction is complete, the materials are discharged and the equipment is cleaned.
