    PVAc glue is a thermoplastic adhesive produced by the polymerization of vinyl acetate monomer under the action of an initiator. It is also called white glue. PVAc glue is one of the water-soluble adhesives with the most wide range of uses, the largest dosage and the oldest history.

Why is reactor suitable for the production of PVAc glue?
  • 1. Polymerization

  • The production of PVAc glue typically involves a polymerization reaction, where vinyl acetate (VAc) monomer is polymerized into PVAc polymer. This reaction needs to be carried out under appropriate temperature, pressure and reaction conditions, and reactor provides a container to control these parameters.
