2. Design and Structure
• Pressure Vessel Tank : The structure is relatively simple, usually including a closed tank body and inlet and outlet ports, and the design focuses more on pressure resistance and safety. The tank body is usually cylindrical to withstand uniform internal pressure. It may be equipped with a pressure release device, temperature sensor, etc., but it does not have stirring or heating functions.
• Reactor : The structure is relatively complex, usually including a kettle body, stirring device, heating or cooling system, pressure and temperature control device, etc. Reactor not only needs to withstand pressure, but also needs to ensure the uniformity and efficiency of the reaction during stirring, heating or cooling. Reactor may be designed with a jacket, coil or other heat transfer device to ensure accurate temperature control during the reaction.
