1. Reactor

Reactor is one of the most important equipment of polysulfide sealant production line, mainly used to mix raw materials and carry out chemical reactions. There are two types of batch and continuous types. The specific selection can be determined according to product requirements and production needs.

2. Mixing Tank

The mixing tank is mainly used to mix the raw materials in the reactor, mix different raw materials evenly, and make the chemical reaction more complete and uniform. It can be used with the reactor or as an independent device.

3. Delivery Pump

Delivery pump is an important equipment for delivering the mixed polysulfide sealant raw materials to the next process or filling machine. Its delivery performance and stability directly affect the quality of the product.

4. Filter

Filter is mainly used to remove impurities, particles and other substances in the polysulfide sealant to prevent contamination of the product and damage to the equipment.

5. Filling Machine

Filling machine is mainly for the filling and packaging of polysulfide sealants. Different filling machines can be flexibly selected for production according to different types of products and different packaging methods. Commonly used ones include manual filling machines, liquid level control filling machines and weight metering filling machines.

6. Automatic Control System

The operation of polysulfide sealant production line requires a reliable and efficient automatic control system to achieve automatic control of parameters such as reactor temperature, pressure, stirring speed, flow rate, as well ad sensor data collection and monitoring. Through these data, production efficiency and product quality can be improved.
