High Speed Disperser Design

High Speed Disperser Mixing Rules
High speed disperser is usually equipped with one or more high speed agitators. When the agitator rotates at high speed, centrifugal force is generated and acts on the material, which allows the material to be quickly dispersed and mixed in the container. In addition to centrifugal force, high speed diisperser also generate shear force through the design of the agitator. This shear force causes the material to shear and tear, further promoting dispersion. Under the high speed rotation of the agitator, the material is forced into the movement area of the agitator, forming a rapid liquid circulation, ensuring that every part of the material undergoes the process of stirring and dispersion.
