MS Glue Production Process Control

1. Vacuum mixing: MS glue must be mixed under vacuum to prevent air bubbles and improve colloid density.

2. Temperature control: The reaction and mixing temperature must be stable. Excessively high temperatures may cause pre-crosslinking, while excessively low temperatures may result in uneven dispersion.

3. Dispersion efficiency: Fillers and additives must be thoroughly dispersed in double planetary mixer to ensure uniformity.

4. Viscosity control: By adjusting the filler ratio and additive dosage, the final product maintains the required fluidity and thixotropy for application.
