Equipment Delivery
Russian customers' hot melt glue production line equipments were ready to ship. They successfully produced hot melt glue granules with different formulations using a small set of production line equipments (the sigma mixer in the picture) at JCT factory. After the inspection, JCT cleaned the equipments, packed them up and shipped them. Another large production line was also shipped a week later.
Reactor Manufacturing
JCT workers are carrying out the production of reactor in an orderly manner. Reactor is crucial equipment in chemical processes and are responsible for a variety of chemical reactions, including polymerization, synthesis, dissolution, mixing and other processes. During the production process, JCT workers have clear division of labor and efficient collaboration to ensure that every link is carried out strictly in accordance with the process requirements.

Sigma Mixer Manufacturing
Sigma mixer is a device commonly used for mixing high viscosity materials. JCT workers will perform precision machining on the blades according to the design drawings to ensure that the size, angle and strength of the blades meet the design requirements. CMC equipment is used to finely polish the blades to ensure a smooth surface and avoid any material residue during the mixing process.
