Why choose JCT sigma mixer?
The equipment accepted this time is a JCT customized high-viscosity sigma mixer, which is mainly used in the production of such as: silicone rubber, hot melt glue, electronic potting glue. Sigma mixer has the following technical highlights:
• Z-shaped blade strong mixing, suitable for colloid systems with a viscosity of up to 1,000,000cps.
• Equipped with a vacuum system and a jacket heating device to achieve degassing and precise temperature control.
• Adopting a hydraulic lifting discharge method to ensure efficient discharge of high-viscosity materials.

✅ No-load operation, blade speed, noise and other indicators detection.
✅ Appearance cleanliness and surface treatment process inspection.
Finally, the customer was very satisfied with the stable operation of the equipment, process details and convenient operation.
