Main Difference between Putty Powder and Putty Paste

    Putty paste: It is a paste-like finished product, which is a semi-finished product when it leaves the factory and can be directly applied without adding water.

    Putty powder: Usually used for leveling the base of rough houses, suitable for scraping the base layer, and does not require high drying time.

• The efficiency of traditional single-axis stirring tank drops sharply when the viscosity exceeds 50,000cP, while three-axis stirring can match different process stages through variable speed adjustment (such as low-speed premixing first, then high-speed dispersion).
• The wide-area scraping wall design of anchor stirring prevents high-viscosity materials from adhering and scaling.
• After production is completed, the low-speed shaft can be used for continuous intermittent stirring to keep the paste homogenized and extend the storage period.
