1. Safety and Mildness
White oil is a relatively mild cleaning agent with stable properties and does not contain strong corrosive ingredients. It is harmless to most equipment materials (such as stainless steel, plastic, etc.), so it can be safely used to clean certain parts in the mixer, especially grease or sticky residues that are difficult to remove.
2. Lubrication
White oil has good lubricity and can provide additional lubrication for the moving parts of the equipment (such as stirring shafts and seals) when used, reducing friction and avoiding wear of the equipment during operation. Especially after the internal cleaning of the equipment, it helps to keep the various parts running smoothly.
3. Cleaning Effect
When cleaning the equipment, white oil can effectively remove residual adhesion, grease, resin and some difficult-to-clean substances. For sticky substances adhering to the mixer (such as certain adhesives, resins or other viscous liquids), white oil can dissolve and help remove these residues without damaging the surface of the equipment.
4. Avoid Moisture Instrusion
Water or water-containing detergents can sometimes cause rust problems inside the equipment, especially for equipment that is used for a long time and cleaned frequently. White oil is an oily substance that can effectively prevent moisture from entering the interior of the equipment, especially areas that are susceptible to moisture, such as motors and elecctronic cotrol parts, thereby avoiding corrosion and electrical failures caused by moisture.
5. Maintain the Appearance of Equipment
White oil can leave a thin oil film on the surface of the equipment to form a protective layer to prevent the equipment from rusting and oxidation due to moisture or dust in the air. This helps to extend the service life of the equipment appearance.
6. Protection After Cleaning
After cleaning with white oil, a thin layer of oil film may remain on the surface of the equipment, which can protect the equipment in the short term, prevent dust and impurities from adhering, and also delay the oxidation of the metal surface.
