1. Check and Empty the Mixer

Make sure there is no residual material in the 5L double planetary mixer. Any material that is not cleaned up may affect the quality of the new mixture and may even cause damage to the 5L double planetary mixer.

2. Clean the Mixing Barrel and Stirring Blades

Use soft cloth, brush or cleaning brush to clean the inner wall of the mixing barrel and stirring blades. In particular, remove the adhered material attached to the barrel wall and stirring blades to ensure that there is no residue. Avoid using strong acids, strong alkalis or detergents containing particles, which may damage the surface of the 5L double planetary mixer or damage the equipment.

3. Clean the Motor and Electronic Control Parts

Wipe the motor and electronic control parts with a clean, dry soft cloth to ensure that their surfaces are dust-free and water-free. Avoid moisture from entering the electrical system to avoid short circuits or damage.

4. Check and Clean the Feed Pipe

5. Check the Sealing Parts

6. Clean the Outside of Mixer

7. Check All Parts
