Working Principle

Vertical kneader is a heavy-duty kneading device with two spiral kneading blades. One set of blades performs a planetary rotation around the other set of blades.  The two sets of blades are continuously attached and peeled off. The material is subjected to high shear between the blades and in the shear zone formed between the blades and the inner wall. Cutting, stretching, shunting, overlapping, folding, axial circulation and other functions are continuously sheared, squeezed, stretched and torn into thin sheets.

Vetical kneader application materials: high viscosity (5 million), high solid content (more than 90%), high elastic plastic materials.

Such as: high viscosity sealant, plastic, rubber, silicone rubber, gum base, carbon, cellulose, neutral acid glass glue, chewing gum, bubble gum, pulp, batteries, resin, etc.
