Rotation of Mixing Shaft: In addition to individual rotation, the kneading blades also move in a planetary motion. This means that while rotating on their own axes, the blades also move in a circular path around the central axis of the kneader. The circular path is typically larger than the diameter of the mixing chamber.
Kneading Action: As the mixing shaft rotates, the mixing elements on the shaft create a combination of mechanical forces, including shearing and impact forces. These forces continuously push, pull, stretch, and fold the materials, breaking down aggregates and promoting thorough mixing. The vertical design allows for effective material movement within the chamber.
