Sigma Mixer is composed of five major parts: the mixing part, the base part, the hydraulic system, the transmission system and the electronic control system. The hydraulic system uses a hydraulic station to control the large oil cylinder to complete the opening and closing function. Sigma Mixer can be designed in heating or non-heating form according to requirements. The heat exchange methods usually include: electric heating, steam heating, circulating hot oil heating, and circulating water cooling.
The discharging methods of Sigma Mixer include hydraulic cylinder dumping, ball valve discharging, screw extrusion, etc. The parts of the chamber and the blades that are in contact with the material are made of stainless steel to ensure that the material is not contaminated.
