What is Sigma Mixer working principle?

How to choose Sigma Mixer blades?

1. Fish tail shape blade is suitable for kneading cellulose materials.

2. Z-shaped blade has a simple shape and is suitable for dispersing pigments in resin under high viscosity conditions.

3. Σ-shape blade is the most common type. It is suitable for kneading operations that require large movements of external substances in the kneading and trough. It is mainly used for the overlapping arrangement of the two paddles, especially for squeeze and dehydration operations case. Applicable materials: chewing gum, chocolate, glass glue, sealant, hot melt glue, butyl glue, manhole cover, carbon materials, etc.
