1. Raw Material Storage Tank
Raw materials such as PVC resin, solvent, plasticizer, stabilizer, etc. need to be stored in a dedicated storage tank and added through a precise metering system.
2. Reactor
Reactor is the main equipment of PVC glue production line, which is used to mix and dissolve PVC resin and solvent, adn add auxiliary materials such as plasticizer and stabilizer. Through heating and stirring, the reaction is ensured to be uniform and sufficient.
3. High Shear Mixer
High shear mixer is used to further mix the raw materials to ensure that the raw materials are fully dispersed and avoid particles or unevenness.
4. Dissolving Tank
Dissolving tank is used to dissolve PVC resin, mix the resin and solvent, and heat them to dissolve them to form the required viscous liquid.
5. Degassing System
During the dissolution process, the solvent will produce bubbles, and the gas needs to be removed through the degassing system to ensure the transparency and uniformity of the glue.
6. Filtration System
Filtration system is used to remove impurities, undissolved particles and impurities in the glue and solvent to ensure the purity and quality of the final product.
7. Filling and Packaging System
Filling system fills the glue into the container according to the required quantity and packages it through automated equipment to ensure production efficiency and packaging accuracy.
8. Automatic Control System
PVC glue production line is usually equipped with a PLC control system to monitor the temperature, pressure, flow, mixing rate and other parameters in the production process in real time to achieve automated production and improve production efficiency and stability.
