1. Raw material feeding

Base raw materials such as water, emulsion, thickener and preservative are placed in the premix tank. An automatic feeding system delivers powders (such as titanium dioxide adn fillers) into the tank.

2. High speed dispersion

High speed disperser thoroughly shears, moistens and disperses the slurry, eliminating agglomerates.

3. Grinding (optional)

For certain architectural coatings requiring high fineness (such as high-gloss latex paint), a sand mill is required.

4. Paint mixing and color matching

Add color paste, additives and other ingredients according to the recipe and mix thoroughly in the mixing tank.

5. Filtration

Remove coarse particles and impurities to ensurer the fineness of the paint and the quality of the finished product.

6. Filling and packaging

Filling machine fills the finished coating into barrels, caps them, labels them and stores them in storage.
